Kill Them All
Hello all o/ I managed to fall asleep 3 nights in a row writing this >w< imma noob. Anyway, I guessed a lot of u haven't met me before so I added a bit more detail than most. Well better late than never!
9 things about me:
1. I'm Sunny. No-one calls me Hyunsun anymore except my fam & a few who still attempt. Feel free to try
Thus the name Sunny was born at 10 years old thanks to 4 friends who shared a dorm with me on a music course (bandcamp).
2. Since then: Sun, Sunbun, Bunsun, Bunsenburner, Sunnybunny, lil miss sunshine (*vom*) & many others were born. Adopt as many as you like.
3. is a lucky number. So I'll leave this one.
(It's the number of siblings in my fam, was on the 3rd floor in my old house, am in Flat no.3 currently, a 3-legged stool balances better than 4, etc)
4. evaaa an Otakuuu! Started with anime back in 2010 when my sister first introduced me. I used to find manga boring & preferred sitting & watching anime, but around uni time I grew to appreciate both.
I watched AOT back in 2014, then soon after that all-nighter, I discovered AOTTG.
I stopped playing after a while of depression, but started training up again recently (am still noobity lvl 9999) :3.
Though I don't watch anime so much anymore & read a bit o' shoujo here & there, practically 99% of my time is now focused on studying for my change of course.
5. I did 1 year at uni doing Law with French. Went fukit. I want to become a Biomedical Engineer.
So that's where I am now, taking a year out to self-study & reapply.
6. I can speak fluent English, surprise surprise. Un peu de French & ein bisschen Deutsch. I wish more Jap than sugoi. And enough Korean to hold an averagely intelligent conversation, using the words I've learnt so far from my mother. I wish to learn more languages still (Slovene, Finnish, Ikean.. come at me!)
7. I <3 Pokemon, LoZ Ocarina of Time, Luigi & basically all nostalgic nintendo games. I'm mainly a PC gamer. Only use DS for Pokemon and, aside from our old snez for Mariokart/our sega mega drive, I don't own a ps3 or Xbox ~ tho played Call of Duty against some 5- & 7-year-old kids I babysit on theirs :. Still a lot of games I dream to buy, but I know I shouldn't cos of studies... eg. Assassin's Creed II & Bioshock *meep* this summer it's gonna happen 8)
8. Yes, I did bandcamp. And that one time I had a small thing with a flautist, my mates would never let go until the rest of my schooldays.... Anyways, one of the tours I went to Italy & played on top of a mountain ;D. My childhood was very music orientated. I play the cello & piano past grade 8. #typicalasianfam. But not so competitive after leaving school. Music's just for fun now, eg. jamming with my flatmates in the kitchen - one on guitar & the other beatboxing - playing Imagine Dragons radioactive, Justin Timberlake's Mirrors, Dumb Ways to Die and nyancat + any other weird mashups we could think of.
I'm part of a band at the moment who play video game/film/anime music at festivals & gigs/ help make original game ost for game designers, whenever I'm bored & not ani/game/manga-ing/ doodling/drooling over art / should be studying x3
9. I am the only one in my whole family who was not born in South Korea. I am a Scottish Korean ~ proud tae be yer acquaintance *fighting!* c:
